We are new to Colorado and have only been in this area for 2 months before we had to take our boxer, Miley (6 years old) somewhere because she was not acting well and started with seizures on our first day in our new home. We have had dogs in our life for over 28 years and I have never had a Veterinarian like Dr. Lemons be as compassionate about an animal of mine that she has just met, she was willing to do whatever she needed to do to care for Miley and be compassionate about our feelings. In the end the decision was made to put her down due to a very large tumor that went undetected back in our hometown. The outpouring of sympathy that was shown by the whole staff and the sensitivity of Dr. Brooks regarding the situation was special! I am in love with this “family” of animal care givers!
